1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By providing your phone number and opting into our automated system, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not opt into our automated notifications.

2. AUTOMATED SMS PROGRAM DESCRIPTION (SHIPPING & DATA UPDATES)

Edcot Coop Gin provides automated, programmatic text message alerts regarding shipping updates, delivery status, and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) details. 

- These messages are strictly transactional and informational.

- They are generated automatically based on our processing and logistics engine data.

- This program does not broadcast unsolicited marketing, promotional, or spam materials.

3. USER OPT-IN AND EXPRESS CONSENT

By checking the designated consent box on our platform or checkout forms, you provide your express written consent to receive automated text messages from Edcot Coop Gin at the mobile phone number provided. Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

4. USER OPT-OUT (CANCELLATION) AND HELP ACTIONS

- To stop receiving text messages, reply "STOP" to any message you receive from us at any time. After texting "STOP", you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been successfully unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate consent.

5. MESSAGE FREQUENCY, RATES, AND CARRIER LIABILITY

- Message frequency varies dynamically based on your order activity, processing schedule, and shipping updates.

- Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier for any messages sent to you or received by us. 

- We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Edcot Coop Gin shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our text messaging platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated ETA estimates or delivery delays.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
